About the Journal
The Beacon Journal is a peer-reviewed bi-annual research journal of the Maritime Centre of Excellence (MCE) at Pakistan Navy War College (PNWC), Lahore and is recognized in Y-Category by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC). It is a forum for independent research, scholarly investigation and analysis, encompassing national, regional and global issues with policy relevance. It primarily focuses on maritime security studies with a multi-disciplinary perspective. The fundamental objective of The Beacon Journal is to publish top-quality, policy-relevant research in an accessible manner.
